Tybee Island Maritime Academy (TIMA) is seeking proposals from highly qualified fundraising consulting firms to guide and support the launch of its inaugural multi-site capital campaign. TIMA is a K–8 Georgia charter school committed to delivering a rigorous, maritime-themed education that prepares students to thrive academically, socially, and civically. For more than a decade, TIMA has served families across Chatham County while operating from an aging, leased facility on Tybee Island.

This capital campaign represents a bold vision for institutional growth and long-term sustainability. The campaign will position TIMA to accelerate its strategic growth as a world-class model for public education.

TIMA seeks a highly experienced fundraising consulting partner to provide comprehensive strategic guidance and execution support across all phases of the capital campaign. The Target End Date for the campaign is June 2027.

The awarded firm will be expected to provide a full suite of services, including:

• Campaign strategy development and case refinement
• Feasibility study design and execution
• Donor pipeline analysis and prospect research
• Capital campaign branding and communications support
• Board and leadership coaching
• Major gifts strategy and solicitation support
• Campaign staffing recommendations and operational planning
• Data tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Ongoing counsel from a senior-level campaign advisor
• Event planning guidance for donor cultivation and stewardship
• Post-campaign sustainability planning

TIMA is seeking firms with a demonstrated record of success in multi-site or multi-phase capital campaigns, particularly within public charter schools, K–12 institutions, or nonprofit educational organizations.
